The guarantee

If something you bought from us is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you will get the full price back. You do not have to give a reason. If you do tell us why, it helps us make the app better.

This covers every Fore Studio purchase: any of our apps, a bundle or a subscription, whether you bought on this site or on the app's own. The 14 days start on the day you pay. Most of our apps can also be tried free first; the guarantee stands either way.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and add the order number from your Paddle receipt if you have it. That is all we need, and a person answers. You can also reply to the Paddle receipt itself.

Paddle, who took the payment, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within a few business days.

Bundles

A bundle is one purchase, so it is refunded as one: the full price comes back and the keys for every app in it are switched off. If you want to keep one of the apps, say so when you write, and we will refund the bundle and point you to that app on its own.

Subscriptions

For a subscription, the 14 days run from your first payment. You can cancel at any time after that: no further payment is taken, and the app keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

After a refund

The licence key from that purchase is switched off. The app stops working the next time it checks its licence, and you can drag it from Applications to the Trash. Anything the app kept on your Mac stays there until you delete it; none of it was ever ours.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live, and to Paddle's own Buyer Terms. Nothing here limits your rights if the software is faulty or not as described.

Who you are dealing with

Our apps are made by Fore Studio, the trading name of Atta Ur Rehman Shah. Paddle.com Market Ltd is our merchant of record: they take the payment and issue the refund. The terms cover the rest of the sale.
