This policy covers fore.studio, the website you are reading. Each of our products publishes its own policy on its own site, because what an app does with your data is a much bigger question than what a marketing page does with a page view.

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party embed on this site. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, the page requested, and the browser's user agent. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and they are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If that changes we will say so here and ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.

If you email us

When you write to [email protected] we keep the message so we can answer it and refer back to it if you write again. We do not add you to a mailing list off the back of a support email. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.

Purchases

Our macOS apps are sold through Paddle.com acting as merchant of record. Paddle collects the billing details needed to take payment and charge the right tax, and handles that data under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. What we receive is the order record: your email address, the product, and the licence issued.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. For anything tied to a purchase, Paddle may need to keep a record of the transaction to meet tax law, and we cannot delete that on your behalf.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not make changes retroactive.
