These terms cover your use of fore.studio. Every product we sell or operate has its own terms and its own licence, published on that product's site, and those govern the product itself. Where the two disagree about a product, the product's terms win.

Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Fore Studio, a trading name of Atta Ur Rehman Shah. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using this site

You are welcome to read, link to, and quote this site. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or present it as your own. The Fore Studio name, the logo, and the product names on this site are ours; the rest of the content is ours too unless it says otherwise.

Purchases

Nothing is sold on this site directly. The macOS apps made by Fore Studio are sold on their own websites through Paddle.com as merchant of record, and your contract of sale is with Paddle. Each app's site publishes its own pricing, and Paddle handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle appears on your receipt and card statement.

Refunds

Every app sold by Fore Studio comes with a 30-day refund policy. If you buy one of our apps and it is not working out for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. No forms and no argument; a short note about what went wrong helps us, but it is not a condition of the refund.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt and Paddle will process it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

This policy sits on top of, and never below, Paddle's own Buyer Terms, which guarantee a minimum 14-day refund window on every Paddle purchase. Where consumer law in your country grants you more, you keep that too.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but products change. Nothing here is a binding promise about a feature, a price, or a release date, and a product still in development may ship different from how it is described.

Links out

This site links to our products and occasionally to third parties. We are not responsible for what is on the other end of a third-party link.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
